Talk About “COLOR”
Color issue is a “headache”with many printing factories. It is not that they print wrong or error, most cases are like the relationship of “doctor and patient”in China.
When printing, you may feel like making the colors per what you want is difficult especially for some colors like “purple” “blue” “tint” “brown” “gray ” “black” “orange”
So we need to know more knowledge about COLOR, in order to achieve a great color both parties agreed.
Color will look different on your screen compared to a print material as technological device ,for example computer monitor,Phone, Pads, etc use an RGB color profile.RGB color mode use RED,GREEN,BLUE light to make different colors. CMYK color mode on the other hand, blends CYAN,MAGENTA,YELLOW and BLACK ink to make the colors. That is why printing factories will request an original CMYK color mode artwork and why the color of finished products still looks different with the computer or phone show.
We have received many artwork from customers that the color mode is RGB and we ask for a CMYK color mode or our designer help to turn it into CMYK color mode and let our customers check the color detail again to make sure if the color still looks OK on the computer or pads with them.

Automatically turn the color mode from RGB to CMYK, actually will change the color. The best way to reduce color difference and get close to your expectation is set your design program to CMYK color mode before you begin to create your artworks.
About Black, customers tends to offer a only100K data in their artwork and thought it is a rich black color. The fact is 100K only is just a standard black and not a rich black. Rich black on the other hand, use a mix of CYAN,MAGENTA,YELLOW and BLACK,but there will have a risk of “ghosting”where the four ink plates needed to make rich black produce microscopic variations that result in a blurred shadow of unwanted color.
